Introducing SugarSmart, a project born from my passion to make a real difference in the lives of Māori individuals living with diabetes. I created this initiative with one goal in mind: to empower and support my community in managing their health and well-being effectively.

At the core of SugarSmart is an innovative app that I designed to simplify the daily management of diabetes. With features such as intuitive health tracking, timely reminders, collaborative tools, and educational resources, SugarSmart is tailored to meet the unique needs of Māori individuals facing this condition.
