The Limit(less) Project aims to promote responsible drinking habits among young adults in Aotearoa, addressing the high rates of binge drinking and its associated risks. Through relatable stories, and visually appealing content, the campaign encourages 18-24-year-olds to "know their limit" and make informed choices about alcohol consumption.
By fostering a culture of safer drinking practices, Limit(less) seeks to reduce alcohol-related injuries and fatalities, while inspiring a long-term positive shift in New Zealand's drinking culture.
